This module removes the default "index.php?route=common/home" from the home page url. It's quite simple and fast.

The module is very easy to install and use. Once installed, it does not require any additional configurations or tweaking of settings.

Important! Before Installing (Use SEO URLs - Must be enabled!)

Install instructions
OPENCART 3.X
1. In the Opencart administration section Goto 'Extensions -> Installer' and upload "remove-common-home-3x.ocmod.zip".
2. Then navigate to 'Extensions -> Modifications' and click refresh for the module to be applied.
3. Go to Dashboard, click on gear in top right corner of a page and Refresh theme cache.
4.DONE!

OPENCART 2.X
1. Unzip the downloaded "remove-common-home-2x.zip" file, and you will remove_common_home_2x.ocmod.xml.
2.Go to Admin Dashboard -> Extensions -> Extension Installer -> Upload -> Choose "remove_common_home_2x.ocmod.xml" from Extract zip.
3. Browse to Extensions > Modifications and click the Refresh button to rebuild the modification cache.
4.DONE!
