"Desktop" category has following products :

discount rules :
1. Min order total $250 + min quantity = 3 then 5% discount
2. Min order total $500 + min quantity = 5 then 10% discount
As Low As :
- so at everywhere product grid/list page maximum amount based discount = -10% appear in "As Low As" ribbon
For MacBook "As Low As $450", for iPhone "As Low As $90"
when add to cart :
- at shopping cart lets buy 3 x iPhone = $300 and 2 x MacBook = $1000
- sub total = $300 + $1000 = $1300
- total cart purchased amount from desktop category = $1300, so min order $500 and min quantity = 5 then 10% discount consider
- there for final total = $1300 - $130(10% discount) = $1170
