Fix the issues

• the template modification (OCMod not working for twig files)
  
• the twig "include" command (not working "include" statement in twig files)
  

The issues was multiple times mentioned on github, for example here

solutions were provided/suggested there too, but they are not released still (at the moment of the fix publishing)

Installation:
- install using the standard opencart extension installer
- refresh the modification cache twice
