This extension is used to map email templates (created using Email Template Designer) for order return emails. The extension also supports SMS templates.

The following are covered

1. Order Return Confirmation Email to the Customer
   
2. Order Return Alert Email to the store admin
   
3. Order Return status update (history update) email to customer

You can also set an admin comment template for the email and return history table.



Requirements:

1. You need "Email Template Designer PRO" Extension to create and map email templates.
   
2. You need "OpenCart SMS" Extension to send SMS (optional)
