By default when you create opencart store, you create main store admin, set mail settings (using PHP mail ir SMTP server) and you ready to go, in order to get and send emails from your store.
But what if you have multi store setup? MAIL settings by default are global, what limits you as admin using SMTP servers completely in your stores.
As most SMTP servers are configured to be allowed to send mails just from SPECIFIC ONE domain. So if you try sending email from firstname.lastname@example.org using second domain smtp these emails simply will not pas the security of SMTP server and will not deliver the email at all.
This module will allow you to set different mail settings NOT GLOBALLY but based per your multi stores. Now you can set different smtp servers in different stores. you can mix mail and smtp settings.
This is a must to have module for store owners who don't want to use global mail function for their emails to be sent but to use dedicated SMTP servers for better email delivery on their multi store setups.
