This extension can improve your customer service as well as helps you distribute orders (as tasks) among your team members. It enables orders to be assigned to the team members, it also keeps a record of assigned order history. It is a very easy-to-install and useful extension. You can assign an order to one of your team members easily to hold someone responsible for the specific order e.g delivery staff, inquiry, or sales department.

You can use a filter to see overall (total) orders assigned to a user by defining the filter criteria.

Easy to Install and Use - 3 Main Steps .
- Install the SQL tables provided with the extension on your Database.
- Upload the folder on your server.
- Upload the extension using the extension installer in the admin panel.

How it Works .
- The extension allows admins to assign orders to other users with their group type.
- It stores assign history with the assignee username and date assigned in the database.
- The users can see the orders with assign to the user in the Sales/Orders page.
- The assignee can be filtered along with other filter criteria on the Orders page.
