Clear cart items on login clear the cart items when customer logged in. There are 3 option in the plugin setting.

1: Clear both Guest added cart items and also user added cart items on login

This option will clear all the items from the cart when customer logged in.
For example : If customer browsing website as guest and added few items in cart and he also have some items in cart on his/her last login then with this option all items will be cleared from the cart.

2: Clear only cart items added as user, cart items added as guest will be there on login

This option will clear all the items from cart which are added by the customer when he/she was logged in.If customer browsing website as guest and added few items in cart and after that he logged in then cart items added as guest will be there if user logged in.

3:Clear only cart items added as guest, cart items added as user will be there on login

This option will clear all the items from cart which are added by the customer when he/she added items while browsing website as guest user.If customer have items in cart when he was last login then that item will we there on logged in.

You can easily enable/disable this module from the admin panel.
