Writable Directories for Opencart 3

Error on Extension Installer when adding plugins.
Error when installing a plugin for Opencart 3.x
Cannot write on image folder during plugin installation - This will fixed the issue
Works smoothly on Opencart version 3.0.3.9

Common errors are:

The directory image/Thumbs.db is not allowed to be written to!
The directory vqmod is not allowed to be written to!

Tested and compatible with Mijoshop Joomla extension
