EU VAT field 1.5.X

NOTE THAT THIS WILL NOT BE SUPPORTED AFTER 1.5.2.X SINCE OC HAS THIS FEATURE BUILT IN

FEATURES:
- Does not charge tax to any eligible customers
- Vat number field available during checkout and registration
- Customer can edit VAT number in account page
- Customer in same country as store are still charged VAT (as per EU default)
- VAT number checked against online database to make sure it's legitimate

This module has only been tested on 1.5.1.3

VQMOD IS REQUIRED (FREE DOWNLOAD AT VQMOD.COM)
(2.1 or above - latest always recommended)
Any issues with any previous versions, Let me know and I will correct them (1.5.0 and above only)

NOTE: This is not guaranteed to work with custom themes in the checkout/account areas, but can be fixed if necessary. There will be an additional charge if you need this doing. Contact me if you require this - jay@jaygilford.com
