Customer Group Based Approval
Allows you to configure which groups require approval on a per-group basis, allowing you to let your customers choose their account type on checkout/registration, and auto approving/queueing them based on their choice

Works instantly. Simply drop this into your vqmod/xml/ folder and then go to SYSTEM > SETTINGS page, click on the OPTION tab and set the groups you want to require approval.
