How to Install:

1. Login with Admin rights and click on "Extensions" then "Installer", upload the downloaded Zip file

2. Success message will be shown after the successful upload as shown in the below image

3. Then click on "Extensions" and underneath the installer click on "Extensions". Click down arrow and select "Modules"

4. Select "My Tickets" and click on "+" icon to install the extension

5. Click "Pencil" edit icon

6. To Enable the extension and give Support "Email" follow the below image:

7. To complete the installation, click on Extensions>Modifications and click on Refresh Button as per below image

8. After successful installation, a menu with "Ticket System" will be available as per below image:

9. At store front (Customer view) a login customer can see "My Ticket" under My Account as per below image

10. After click on "My Ticker" a page having full list of customer's tickets, customer can "Add" new ticket or "Delete" the ticket. Customer can view full comments of his ticket as per below image:

16. On the Ticket list page, admin can view customer's details upon clicking the "Customer Details" link and on clicking "Agent" link, it will display the all tickets of that particular Agent. Admin can View the full detail of ticket after clicking on "View button" as per the below image:
