2. Go to Extensions and select modules in extension type, click the install button on TikTok Business Extension


3. Click Edit on TikTok Business Extension, Go to Settings, fill in the blanks and check if all information is correct for your store (don't forget to save)


4. Go to connection page, click create now and start connecting your store with TikTok!

What does the TikTok integration enable? 
With the TikTok integration setup you will have:
1. Easy TikTok For Business and Ad accounts set-up
2. Developer-mode pixel installed in one click
3. Automatic catalog sync, which powers access to Collection Ads and Dynamic Showcase Ads, as well as upcoming e-commerce features.
4. Access to assisted ad campaign creation within your dashboard.

Do I need to have a TikTok  account?
You don't need an organic TikTok account to run ads like Collection Ads. However, to use upcoming organic shopping features, you will need an account with organic presence.

Why should I install this now?
Even if you do not currently run ads, the Pixel will begin to collect data which will allow you to then retarget and reach TikTok users who are interested in your products. Also, only integration users will have pre-general release access to some of our upcoming visibility tools.

What events does the TikTok Pixel on OpenCart support?
The developer-mode pixel automatically installed during the TikTok integration set-up supports View Content, Start Checkout, Add to Cart, and Purchase.

What's Advanced Matching?
Advanced Matching is an upgrade to the TikTok Pixel that allows you to send privacy-safe hashed customer information (email addresses and phone numbers) to increase the match rate between TikTok ad clicks (and at a later date views) and conversions that happen on your website.

How can I create ads on TikTok? 
You may create ads on TikTok Ads Manager and/or via our TikTok integration (for a conversion campaign). For access to all other objectives (such as reach, traffic, app installs, video views, and lead generation), please use TikTok Ads Manager. See how to choose the right objective here.

Are there any prerequisites before ads creation? 
You must have your Ad Account in an approved state and have payment methods setup before an ad campaign can start delivery.

Will I be able to see all campaigns implemented via the TikTok integration on TikTok Ads Manager? 
You will be able to see all campaigns created on the TikTok integration on your TikTok Ads Manager account.

To file a ticket on TikTok's Athena portal:
- Go to (TikTok for Business Support)
- Login with your TikTok for Business Account credentials (In order to submit a customer support ticket, you must have a TikTok for Business account)
- Select “E-Commerce Platform Integration”
- Under Question Category, select “TikTok and Business Plugin Channel Setting”
- Fill out the required fields in the support ticket
