Let your customer download the file from order confirmation email. opencart has download some files and you can assign that download to products at link tab. so this download file will attach in order confirmation email when customer place an order of that products

- At front end, when customer place an order of "iPhone" then that PDF file will attach in order confirmation email
• Admin and customer both will receive attachment file in order confirmation email
