Discount of total order amount

With this extension you can specify an additional discount depending on the total cost of goods in the order.
Works on all possible builds of Opencart versions 2.1 and 2.3-3x.
Works with all cart extensions (simplecheckout, etc.), which are designed in accordance with the architecture of CMS.
Does not replace any files.
