As of version 1.1.0, this now supports order tags in your messages, substituting data into your canned messages from orders. This is not shown in the video below - please see demo store above for up to date version





HOW IT WORKS

This modification gives you a "canned messages" editor that you can use to quickly add messages to your orders or returns before updating a user on their order status. Ideal if you have messages you use continually to customers, without having to copy paste in large text. You can also specify tags in your messages that load information like a customers name, email etc similar to how a mail merge would work

Tags show latest order's details when you hover over them. They can be added into the text area simply by clicking the tag
Auto checks "Notify customer" checkbox
Simple Install with no file overwrites thanks to vQmod - Required (2.3 or above - latest always recommended)
Works on all OpenCart 1.5 versions
Integrates with HTML email template modifications (that use CKEditor)
