Thank you, it worked on OC3038. As mentioned by TechnoEdge, I unzipped and edit install.xml and replaced class="lazy-load" to class="lazy-load img-responsive" and created a new zip file as Lazy-Load-Images-OC3.0.x.ocmod.zip and installed with no issue.
