This contribution will make anything that it's stock quantity is above 0 (zero) to be displayed on Green font. If this statement is not met color will be changed to red.

NEW 11/12/2012!! If quantity is less than 5 then the font will be turned to orange (limited stock).

This contribution has been tested on Opencart 1.5.3.1. It changes two files:
catalog/view/theme/default/template/product/product.tpl and
catalog/controller/product/product.php


UPDATE: VQmod version has been released. Tested on 1.5.1.x , 1.5.2.x and 1.5.3.x and running with no problems.
Just extract this one file to vqmod/xml

Update: This famous extension is now compatible with 1.5.4.x, 1.5.5.x and 1.5.6.x Download the file and extract it on vqmod/xml by replacing the existing one. Then erase your cache and you are ready!

NEW!!!! 13-08-2013: Now you can easily change the color of the Stock statuses from backend without any limitation. Just download the package and upload it to the root of your installation. Activate the module from Extension -> Modules (module is named Color Stock Status).

Now you can enter in HEX code your desired colors for available stock, limited stock and non available stock.
You can also change the quantity that will be considered as limited stock!!!

Please note: In the XML folder there are 2 files. One with name color_status-151-154.xml and the other color_status-1551-1560.xml . Please disable the one of them and leave only this for your OpenCart version.
So if you have OpenCart 1.5.1.3 use the color_status-151-154.xml . if you have OpenCart 1.5.5.1 use color_status-1551-1560.xml etc.
