Allows entry of unique SKUs, MPNs and barcode for each option.

This module - basic despatch note, picking/packing list and part-despatch note - puts two buttons on the admin order view: "Despatch" and "Part Despatch".
Clicking the "Despatch" button creates a simple despatch/shipping note for printing.
Clicking the "Part Despatch" brings up a basic picking/packing form which when completed can be printed for warehouse use; go on to click the "Ship" button finalising the process and generating a part-despatch note for customers.
