This VQMOD will allow you to add an amount to the live USPS live shipping fee rates. This will add the amount you set that you want added on top of the usps amount. So if usps normally says it will charge $5.30 and you have set $2.50 the read out for shipping will be $7.80. The customer will never see the $5.30 as the $2.50 will be added before it ever displays. In the cart this will be the 1 amount for shipping and handling not visible separate handling fees.

This is VQMOD and you will edit the handling fee in the xml file. This works with the USPS mod that comes with the OpenCart install. No need to modify core files.
