Pickup for customer groups

This extension modifies the shipping method 'pickup' so that you can select the customer groups for which pickup should be available. Please see the images for a better understanding.

This module does not modify any file of OpenCart. You only need vqmod installed.

Of course, it works smoothly together with all my other extensions, especially the cash payment method (Cash Payment for Pickup with instructions or Cash payment for pickup)
